Happy New Year! Well it’s been an exciting time around here at aelearn! Our Helpdesk services are expanding and our New Year’s resolution was to make our helpdesk offering faster and more efficent. Our IT Department has just finished a 2-day seamless transition to move our Ticket System and Online Course Support system to a state-of-the-art Cloud system.
