We have two packages that provide advanced instructor support that has a focus on troubleshooting and consulting-based services.

Following are examples of advanced instructor-based support:

  • Allowing one or two guests in course.
  • Providing and walking through instructions on how to setup course shells, make backups, or how to change the short name of a course.
  • Explaining the difference between LMS feature blocks. (Example: Latest news block vs. upcoming events.)
  • Instructions on how to delete forum topics.
  • Complex Gradebook questions.
  • Complex Quiz creation questions.
